Research Officer / Research Associate - Bakery

Role & responsibilities

• Prepare and bake baked goods, such as bread, cakes, and cookies and maintaining a clean and organized work environment,
• Handled bakery instruments viz, dough mixer, falling number, gluten analyzer, Volscan, texture analyzer, Farinograph.
• Can able to develop recipes related to bread, cookies, cake., Knowledge of enzymes and bakery ingredients handling
• Time management skill so as to finish the work timely, Knowledge of food safety norms
• Knowledge of Enzymes which are added to baked good and its handling

Preferred candidate profile

• Baking , enzymes used in baking, bread , cookies, cake making

Professional requirement

• 1- 3 years experience in industry
• Bachelors / Master degree bakery with chemistry background , bakery chef / Bachelor or Master in Baking,
• bakery application- preparation of baked goods
