- Prior knowledge of all types of searches - Patentability, FTO, Invalidity, Landscape searches
- Expert in patent searching on paid/free database
- Trademark research
- Execute landscape searches to gather information about competitors' products and technologies.
- Perform FTO (First To File) searches to identify potential infringement risks.
- Analyse data from these searches to inform intellectual property strategy decision
Skill set Required
- Expert in patent related studies
- knowledge of secondary searches
- Expert in MS office - MS Excel, MS Word, PowerPoint
Education Qualification
- Msc /B.E./Btech/M.E./Mtech in Biotechnology, Bioinformatics, Microbiology, Molecular Biology
