Job Description
Senior Digital Publishing Executive Introduction What You Will Do What You Will Have What We Do For You
We are looking for an energetic Digital Publishing to join OneAdvanceds Digital Experience Team. You will be joining OneAdvanced at a time of significant change, but also of huge opportunity as we transform our digital experience into an end-to-end SaaS customer journey through an all-new website that will power OneAdvanceds future.
Your primary responsibility will be to manage the CMS platform s day-to-day operation, driving processes, governance and best practice. You will be the subject matter expert supporting editors and stakeholders in creating digital experiences when required. You will manage our use of Bynder our Digital Asset Management (DAM) system, providing onboarding to new users, maintaining clear taxonomy of assets, and providing support where required.
Responsibilities - You will oversee the CMS platform s day-to-day operation working closely with our Website Development team and Digital Programme Lead.
- Build components and page templates for sector teams.
- Provide CMS training and assistance to CMS editors.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues as needed.
- Working closely with the Digital Programme Lead to liaise with internal stakeholders, understanding requirements and prioritising their requests.
- Suggesting proactive ways of optimising current processes and digital experiences.
- Organise and ensure the CMS and digital assets follow suitable structures, driving governance of taxonomy.
Skills & Experience
You will have demonstrable experience of using and managing a modern headless CMS, ideally Optimizely. Additionally, you will have experience of managing digital asset via a DAM, ideally Bynder.
Required Experience - Experience of managing and publishing with headless CMS platforms ideally Optimizely.
- Experience of managing a Digital Asset Management (DAM) system, ideally Bynder.
- Understanding of digital marketing generally.
