• Experience in administering & managing SolarWinds suite of tools,
  • Strong Knowledge on SolarWinds Modules like NPM,SAM, NCM,VMAN and SRM.
  • Strong Knowledge on setting up monitoring and alerts for devices in Solarwinds
  • Knowledge on different communication protocols and ports.
  • Dashboard and Report designing
  • Experience in setting up additional monitoring using Universal device poller.
  • Alerting and Reporting using advanced techniques.
  • Knowledge on SQL Experience including SWQL.
  • Ability to understand and customize SQL queries and stored procedures.
  • Strong Integration with ITSM and 3rd party tool Experience
  • Knowledge on Cloud Monitoring setup
  • Hands on experience in Server Administration, BaU support
  • Experience in writing PowerShell scripts.
  • Work and co-ordinate with the different infra team to onboard devices and enable monitoring
  • Ability to troubleshoot to effectively solve problems, using knowledge, experience, logic and independent judgment consistent with standards, practices, policies, and procedures.
  Flexera Management Suite
  • Utilize Flexeras suite of tools to manage and optimize software licenses across the organization, ensuring compliance with vendor agreements and minimizing overspend.
  • Collaborate with procurement, IT, and finance teams to establish and maintain accurate inventories of software assets, including licenses, entitlements, and usage data.
  • Generate reports and dashboards using Flexeras reporting tools to track key performance indicators, measure savings, and demonstrate the value of software asset management initiatives.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, regulatory requirements, and best practices in software asset management, continually seeking opportunities for process improvements and optimization.
