Key Responsibilities1.Service request management for IMAC tickets Discovery and software inventory reconciliation.2.Gap analysis and reporting Scheduled Reporting3.Maintain currency on policy and process documents.4.Track license renewals and warranty data in support of refresh as well as end of life processes.
Technical Experience1.strong knowledge on ITAM tools like ServiceNow, BMC, Flexera.2.Minimum 4 plus years of experience ServiceNow.3.Minimum 5 plus years of experience in IT Software License Management.
