Role Summary: Sr. Executive Finance and Accounts

We are seeking an experienced and professional Finance Manager to join our team. This position will play a key role in the organizations funding strategy and long-term financial security. The Finance Manager will collaborate with the executive management team to analyze department finances and develop budgets that will keep the companys costs down.

What Would the Work Entail:

• Focus on daily and month-end accounting to determine results, including P&L activity, balance sheet activity, and accounts-receivable cash application, in compliance with GAAP.
• Perform regular reconciliation of revenue, cost, and balance sheet account to ensure required controls.
• Prepare forecast & variance analysis for the business to ensure proper budgetary controls.
• Provide insights about spending trends, cost-savings initiatives, and margin opportunities.
• Monitoring and interpreting cash flows and predicting future trends
• Presenting accurate financial reports to specific deadlines
• Present potential scenarios and outcomes to the management team & formulating strategic and long-term business plans.
• Manage the preparation and publication of departmental and organizational financial documents.
• Examine financial and legal documents to verify accuracy and adherence to financial regulations and acceptable financial principles.
• Manage Statutory Compliances & taxation & ensure compliance with accounting policies and regulatory requirements.
• Develop or recommend solutions for problems or situations.
• Strong budgeting, financial forecasting, and financial analysis skills
• Hands on experience in Tally entries

Your Attributes:

• Bachelors degree in finance, Accounting, or related field required (MBA preferred)
• Ability to synthesize large quantities of complex data into actionable information.
• Ability to work and effectively communicate with senior-level business partners.
• Excellent business judgment, analytical, and decision-making skills
• Strong demonstrated the use of Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Demonstrated creative and critical thinking skills.
• Able to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong communication and presentation skills
