We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Bid Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end bid process, ensuring the successful preparation and submission of high-quality bids and proposals. The ideal candidate will have experience in responding to RFPs, leading cross-functional teams, and developing winning strategies for business growth.
Responsibilities:
Lead the bid process from initiation to submission, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of proposals.
Collaborate with internal teams (sales, finance, legal, and delivery) to ensure proposals meet client requirements and organizational objectives.
Develop bid strategies and win themes to increase the chances of success.
Analyze client requirements and identify key value propositions.
Review and ensure the quality of the submitted bids.
Manage communication with stakeholders and clients during the bid process.
Track and report on bid progress, pipeline, and performance.
Requirements:
5 years of experience in bid management or a related field.
Proven track record of successfully managing bids and proposals.
Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple bids simultaneously.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
