Payroll Specialist (India payroll)

ADP is hiring Payroll professionals for India payroll team

What you'll do:

Responsible for the end to end payroll deliverables. Ensures the team associates are well trained to handle payroll deliverables

Key Responsibilities :

• Process & Checks pay sheets and settlements as per defined SLA
• Execution of timely delivery of month end and statutory reports
• Make that Payroll Engine is used for all processing, and make provisions for any necessary improvements as needed.
• Adheres to quality standards and procedures
• Resolution of Queries as per defined SLA
• Verifies all the deliverables and ensure error free delivery.

Job Specifications:

• Good in communication both verbal and written
• Should have minimum of 2 years of Payroll experience in India payroll, Taxation & Compliance
• Strong in Analytical Skills and needs to have flair for numbers
• Any graduate with strong mathematical ability and aptitude to learn the payroll software application
