Job Description
- Revenue Strategy: Develop and implement strategies to unlock revenue growth for SMB segment, including customer segmentation, targeting, salesforce capacity & productivity planning, opportunity sizing, sales incentive design, and new product launches (eg: Gen AI)
- Revenue Operations: Support sales leadership in achieving quarterly financial and operational goals by analyzing performance trends and translating data into actionable insights
- Analytics & Intelligence: Establish critical metrics, set performance targets, and build predictive models to forecast growth and enable data-driven decision-making
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Product, Marketing, Analytics and Data Science teams to identify growth opportunities and improve customer experience
- ~2 years of experience in management consulting, business strategy, or business operations with a Bachelor s degree; MBA preferred
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with ability to distill and effectively communicate insights to senior leaders
- Experience working across matrixed organizations to lead cross-functional initiatives and achieve common goals
- Proficient in MS Office suite; familiarity with Analytical tools (eg: SQL, Tableau, Power BI) and CRM (eg: Salesforce) is a plus
- Experience in B2B SaaS
- Experience working with high-performing sales team
