Job Title: Counselor

Location: Noida Sec 16A

Experience Required: 2-3 Years

Key Responsibilities:

- Counsel and guide prospective students on fashion designing, fine arts and interior designing courses, curriculum, and career opportunities.

- Conduct individual and group counseling sessions to understand students interests, skills, and aspirations.

- Provide insights on course modules, industry trends, and employment prospects to help students make

informed decisions.

- Assist students in identifying their strengths and aligning their goals with suitable courses and career paths.

- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the industry trends, emerging fields, and new

educational opportunities.

- Collaborate with academic and admissions teams to streamline the enrollment process and ensure students receive a smooth onboarding experience.

- Track and report counseling activities, student feedback, and enrollment progress to management.

Requirements:

- Bachelors degree in Counseling or related fields.

- 2-3 years of experience in career counseling, preferably within the fashion or design industry.

- Strong understanding of the industry trends, career options, and required skill sets.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to engage and motivate students with a genuine passion for helping them achieve their career goals.

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
