🔹 About the Role:

As an Admission Counselor, the person will be responsible for engaging with prospective students and parents, guiding them through the admission process, and ensuring seamless enrollment into our PGDM & PGPM programs. This role will involve handling inquiries, following up on leads, and effectively communicating the value of ASMs management programs.

📌 Key Responsibilities:

✔️ Counsel and guide prospective students and parents about our PGDM & PGPM programs, admission criteria, and career prospects.
✔️ Handle inquiries via calls, emails, and in-person meetings, providing accurate and timely information.
✔️ Assist students through the application and enrollment process, ensuring a smooth transition.
✔️ Follow up with leads, maintain a student database, and convert inquiries into enrollments.
✔️ Collaborate with the marketing and outreach team for educational fairs, school visits, and webinars.
✔️ Build and maintain strong relationships with students, parents, and institutions to drive admissions.

🎓 Qualification: Bachelor's degree in any field (Education, Business, Marketing, or Communication preferred).
📞 Experience: 1-3 years in admissions, counselling, sales, or a related field (freshers with strong communication skills are welcome).

💬 Skills:

✅ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
✅ Strong persuasion and counseling abilities.
✅ Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is a plus.
✅ A proactive and goal-oriented approach to drive admissions.
