Roles and Responsibilities

• Responsible for the smooth running of the Sitecore+ environment
  • Architect and deliver Enterprise Sitecore solutions
  • Expert in Sitecore Administration and Sitecore Development.
  • Flexible enough to work on Sitecore versions 9.x or 10.x platforms.
  • Responsible for ensuring system availability (uptime) and performance of the SiteCore platform
  • BuildMaster and CI/CD toolchain (Sonar, Docuportal, Proxy)
  • IIS servers in intranet and DMZ
  • Sitecore configuration and patches
  • AutoCmd local toolchain
  • Support developers to deploy to the various websites using the toolchain and assist in advanced Sitecore topics.
  • Experienced in Sitecore CMS architecture and design with very strong development skills in .NET, Java Script, CSS.
  • Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment; Must be able to complete specific project milestones by strict deadlines
  • Must be able to effectively multi-task
  • Mentor and lead technical implementation team of 5+ Software Engineers
  • Contribute to requirements gathering and analysis activities such as storyboarding, developing use stories and creating functional/technical requirements specifications
  • Ability to understand complex business processes and can transform them into programming logic
  • Must be able to work collaboratively with varying levels in the organization, as well as with the client

Skills
SC+ Architect Needs at least basic skills in all following skills, architecture skills of complex system landscape

AutoCmd Tool developer Excellent .NET and C# coding skills, must know windows command line development, unit testing skills, know concepts of at least reflection, inversion of control, dependency injection , serialization and XML processing, WMI.

Sitecore specialist Certified Sitecore Developer, C#, Dotnet, ASPX, MVC, HTML, CSS, JS
IIS Specialist Setup and Configuration of MS IIS web server

Central Agency/DevOps Developer training (create trainings, deliver trainings, etc.)
Support developers in platform usage (advanced Sitecore topics, infrastructure support, consulting) understanding of DevOps concepts and agile development.

Infrastructure Support Resolve incidents concerning BuildMaster configuration, IIS infrastructure, Stage configuration (XML)

Infrastructure Maintenance Maintain Sitecore+ toolchain (C#, ant, ivy, MSBuild), Maintain Sitecore+ standard modules (Sitecore, ASPX, HTML, CSS, JS, XML)
