Overall purpose of a job:

• Should be responsible and taking ownership of web application administration domain.
• Should communicate with developers for optimization of web applications.
• Deep dive into application issues

Required Skill Set:

• Strong expertise in Windows Administration, Issues Troubleshooting, Server Log Analysis.
• Solid knowledge of IIS Administration, Application Deployment, FTP, Apache Tomcat and PowerShell Scripting.
• Excellent understanding of Application pool, certificate deployments.
• Strong expertise Performing analysis of root causes.
• Performing user administrative tasks.
• Ability to work independently.
• Good communication skills.
• Knowledge of ITSM processes.

Good to have:

• Experience in CRM, Synology administration.
• Developing checklists for reoccurring problems.
• Developing recommendations for procedures to prevent problems.
• Evaluating and resolving complex problems that arise.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Knowledge of ticketing system.

Competencies Required:

• Must be certified in Windows Server
• Have worked for application administration for at least 2 years.
• Should have Good communication skills
• Should be ready to take ownership of application domain
• Should be a good team player
