AppDynamics/Dynatrace Administrator

 

About The Role : 

Interface with customer teams to integrate with APM tool to achieve maximum visibility

Perform complete AppD/Dynatrace environment installs, configure transactions and create dashboards.

Develop processes to proactively monitor and alert for critical incidents

Support the preparation of test data, testing and debugging of configurations to ensure proper monitoring

Support to troubleshoot core software platform and infrastructure components

Administering AppD /Dynatrace Apps to include developing new or extending existing Apps to perform specialized functionality.

 

Primary Skills 

AppDynamics & Dynatrace Controller Configuration

AppDynamics (APM / Machine / Database / Network Agent) & Dynatrace One Agent Implementation knowledge, troubleshoot startup params and logs, and Configuration

Custom Instrumentation, Configure Data Collector, Define Backend Endpoints

Transaction configuration, infrastructure monitoring and user monitoring (real user monitoring).

Define Health Rules & Advanced Dashboarding Skills

Ability to analyse AppDynamics / Dynatrace data to troubleshoot application errors and slow calls or to predict future performance based on historical trend.

EUM skills implement, configure, troubleshoot and dashboards.

Experience with Synthetic monitoring
