Administration Manager

We, at Aliens, are looking for an enthusiastic and dynamic Manager as part of our Admin team. The incumbent would work in a high-paced team environment.

Role & responsibilities

• Support the implementation of the brand service strategy and brand initiatives with the objective of meeting or exceeding guest/customer expectations and experience
• Streamlining the Operations for closure of the leakages such as electricity wastage and bill collection. Sourcing and overseeing contracts and service providers for functions such as catering, cleaning, parking, security, and technology
• Determine the quantity and quality of supplies delivered to the premises for daily operations
• To develop and manage the facilities' Food Safety Manual to ensure effective implementation
• Assist in pricing products or services; collect payments and maintain records of budgets, funds, and expenses
• Ensuring compliance with health and safety legislation and licensing laws
• Evaluate organization performance and ensure compliance with health and safety rules
• To manage and develop direct report staff and to ensure that all staff in the department are effectively inducted, trained, developed and deployed to meet the service promise in a cost effective manner

Preferred candidate profile

• Male candidates are preferred
• A Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality Management, or a related field is required. A Master's degree in a relevant discipline is a plus.
• A minimum of experience working in top-tier hotels is preferred.
• Good experience in managing food and beverage operations, overseeing event management, from planning to execution and in travel management, coordinating travel arrangements, and managing travel logistics for staff or guests.
