Job Description:

• Ensuring the smooth operation of our office by managing day-to-day administrative tasks.
• Management of the reception area, ensuring a welcoming environment.
• Coordination with housekeeping staff to maintain cleanliness and organization within the office premises.
• Handle incoming phone calls, emails, & messages, directing them to the appropriate person.
• Greet visitors, clients, and employees in a friendly & professional manner.
• Oversee the supply and inventory of stationery items, ensuring availability and cost-effectiveness.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Smart and presentable appearance.
• Assisting with office management responsibilities.
  

Skills required

• Proven experience in a front office or administrative role
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency with MS Office
• Minimum 6 months to 2 year of experience required.
