Position: Admin Executive

Job Location: Corporate Office, Banjara Hills, Hyderabad

Qualification: Any Degree

Experience: 3-7 Years

Salary Range: As per Industry Norms

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Preparation of vendor bills (weekly & monthly), Payment Requisition note and maintain accurate data accordingly
• Coordination and follow up with HR and Accounts departments for the processing of payments
• Manage, coordinate and monitor security, housekeeping and facilities to ensure proper office maintenance
• Ensure proper maintenance Company Guest House, Dining Hall, Cafeteria in coordination with housekeeping and security
• Facilitate and arrange the requirements for internal and external events
• Arranging Food and Accommodation for the guests
• Arranging Office stationery and amenities as per the requisition
• Other works as assigned from time to time

Desired candidate profile:

• Hiring male candidates only
• Two wheeler with valid licence is mandatory
• Computer knowledge required
