Retail Learning Specialist

The Retail Learning Specialist role supports the Head of Retail Learning and is responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data related to employee training, development, and performance. This role provides insights that help optimize learning initiatives, improve workforce productivity, and support employee growth.

Principal Responsibilities

1. Collect, organize, and manage data related to employee learning programs (e.g., participation, completion rates, test scores) and performance metrics (e.g., productivity, sales, customer satisfaction).
2. Ensure the integrity and accuracy of data in Learning Management Systems (LMS), performance tracking tools, and other HR systems.
3. Drive learning adoption on National Level and ensure timely highlights of bottom circles with action plan to improve it
4. Analyze the effectiveness of training programs by tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) such as skill improvement, time-to-productivity, and post-training performance.
5. Identify trends and insights related to employee engagement in training programs and correlate these with job performance metrics.
6. Analyze employee performance data in relation to learning outcomes, identifying which learning interventions have the most significant impact on employee productivity and business results.
7. Create clear, easy-to-understand reports and visualizations that present key insights on training effectiveness and employee performance.
8. Generate regular dashboards for L&D and HR teams to track real-time progress on learning initiatives and performance goals.
9. Work closely with regional Operation teams and HR to interpret learning and performance data, helping them make informed decisions on employee development.

Qualifications 

1. MBA in Human Resources, Business Psychology or a related field.
2. 3 to 5 years of experience in data analysis, preferably within L&D, HR, or a retail environment.
3. Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, Python, R, and HRIS/LMS systems.
4. Experience with MIS & data visualization for reporting and insights generation 
5. Familiarity with the use of Learning Management Systems (LMS) such as Disprz,or similar platforms.
