Who we need?.

- We are looking for a dedicated Client Services Manager with a strong recruitment background to join our team.

- In this role, you will be responsible for managing client relationships within our MSP program, with a specific focus on recruitment and talent acquisition strategies.

- You will collaborate closely with clients to understand their staffing needs, coordinate with our recruitment team to source and place candidates and ensure the delivery of exceptional service that meets client expectations and SLAs.

- This position is open exclusively for local applicants or those willing to relocate.

- The role requires on-site presence at our delivery centers located in Bengaluru and Vadodara, India.

- Remote work options are not available for this role.

- MSP Staffing experience within Fortune 500 companies is a must for this role!.

Skills and Requirements:

- 6+ years of proven experience in client services within the Contingent Workforce & MSP space, as well as the staffing industry.

- Knowledge of clients' needs in technical verticals and environments is highly preferred.

- Exceptional interpersonal and verbal communication skills, including proficiency in phone and in-person presentations.

- Experience in building a book of business from the ground up, encompassing all aspects of the delivery process.

- Demonstrated track record of achieving targeted account fill ratios and delivery metrics.

- Strong follow-up skills and motivation to enhance revenue growth from accounts by meeting client SLAs and maximizing market share.

- Solid business management capabilities.

- Experience managing multiple, competing priorities, duties, and projects.

- Strong decision-making, organizational, planning, and problem-solving abilities.

- Excellent project management and time management skills.

- Ability to work effectively independently and within a team environment.

- Proficiency in PC operations and a solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office (MS Word, Excel).

- Proficiency in creating PowerPoint presentations and conducting client presentations, particularly for driving scorecard discussions.

Experience:

- 6+ years in Client Services & Recruitment.

- 6+ years in Staff Augmentation.

- 6+ years in Managed Service Provider (MSP) environments.

- 6+ years in client interaction roles.

Duties and Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned MSP clients, establishing and nurturing strong relationships.

- Work collaboratively with internal recruitment teams to develop and execute recruitment strategies aligned with client requirements and timelines.

- Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes, including candidate screening, interviewing, and onboarding.

- Ensure compliance with client-specific policies, procedures, and service level agreements (SLAs).

- Provide regular updates and reports to clients on recruitment activities, candidate pipelines, and performance metrics.

- Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains in recruitment and client service delivery.

- Stay abreast of industry trends and competitive dynamics to provide strategic insights and recommendations to clients.

- Conduct client scorecard reviews.
