Tender Executive or Engineer

To handle GEM and N-Procure Portal for Projects & Govt. Sales and Projects Tender Online. Able to Liason with Government Officials for Tenders on GEM & N-Procure. Indirect Sales in Govt. & Institute Sales.

Responsibilities:

Government Portal Management:
Efficiently handle the Government e-Marketplace (GEM) and National Procurement Portal (N-Procure) for all project and government sales tenders.
Ensure timely and accurate submission of tender documents.
Monitor tender notifications, deadlines, and eligibility criteria.
Government Liaison:
Build and maintain strong relationships with government officials and procurement authorities.
Actively engage with government bodies to understand their requirements and address any queries or concerns.
Represent the company at government events, seminars, and conferences.
Indirect Sales:
Identify and pursue opportunities for indirect sales through government channels and institutions.
Develop and execute strategic plans to increase market penetration and revenue.
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to promote the company's products and services.
Tendering Process:
Prepare comprehensive tender documents, including technical specifications, commercial bids, and legal agreements.
Conduct thorough tender analysis and risk assessment.
Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., engineering, finance, legal) to ensure timely and accurate tender submissions.
Post-Tender Activities:
Follow up on tender submissions and track their progress.
Coordinate with the procurement team to ensure smooth contract execution and project delivery.
Handle any post-tender clarifications or negotiations.
