Job Responsibilities:
Payment procedure for purchase bills & Entering purchase & sales bills including Machine sales bill with inventory.
Taking care of Purchase and sales registers.
Good hands on TDS and service tax, Monthly payment of TDS & Service tax.
Making of Ageing reports.
Handle Creditors & Debtors Outstanding with Payment & monthly Ageing report of Debtors.
Verify Site Engineers & Marketing Executives Expenses & Submit to director.
Handle daily Payment requirement of Site Engineers & Marketing Executives.
Keeping details of Advances of Site Engineers, Workers & Other employees & submit to HR Head for deduction purpose.
Preparation of Debit Note & Credit Note of Parties.
Daily Balance position with monthly PDC statement.
Manage the Key Clients & Communication.
