Execution of Projects, Manage Team of Engineers, Supervisors, Contractors, Billing, Meeting with Client, Commissioning.Responsibilities
Project Execution:
Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets.
Oversee all project phases, including design, procurement, installation, testing, and commissioning.
Ensure adherence to project scope, quality standards, and safety regulations.
Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely project delivery.
Monitor project progress and identify potential risks or issues.
Implement corrective actions to address project challenges and ensure project success.
Team Management:
Lead and manage a team of engineers, supervisors, and contractors.
Assign tasks, set clear expectations, and provide necessary support.
Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to team members.
Foster a collaborative and productive work environment.
Client Relations:
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
Conduct regular client meetings to provide project updates and address concerns.
Manage client expectations and ensure client satisfaction.
Financial Management:
Prepare and manage project budgets.
Track project costs and generate regular financial reports.
Oversee invoicing and billing processes.
Commissioning:
Coordinate and oversee the commissioning process.
Ensure system performance meets design specifications.
Conduct system testing and validation.
