Purpose & Impact on Organization
As a Retail Sales Associate, you will contribute to achieving store sales and profit targets by:

• Inspiring consumer loyalty to the Adidas brand.
• Effectively serving and selling to customers.
• Diligently executing store operations.

Key Responsibilities

Sales and Performance:

• Understand and track store sales, KPIs, and individual performance targets.
• Take ownership of achieving targets by utilizing all available resources.

Customer Service:

• Deliver the adidas Brand Customer Service standards to exceed customer expectations..
• Communicate product features and benefits to meet customers' needs and build their connection to the brand.

Product and Merchandising:

• Use seasonal product knowledge to enhance sales interactions.
• Maintain Visual Merchandising and In-Store Communication standards.
• Ensure product displays are replenished and complete on the sales floor.

Store Operations:

• Process merchandise deliveries efficiently.
• Handle cash register transactions accurately.
• Adhere to policies, including safety and loss prevention standards.
• Perform all store operations safely and effectively.

Team Collaboration and Development:

• Collaborate respectfully with team members.
• Complete training programs and apply learnings to enhance job performance.
• Seek coaching and development opportunities for continuous growth.

Key Relationships

• Customers.
• Peers and Supervisors.

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience

Competencies:

• Strong understanding of retail professional competencies.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Preferably six months of experience in a sports/fashion, customer- and commercial-focused retail environment.
• Basic numeracy, literacy, and verbal communication skills.
