B2B Strategic Alliance & Partnership Role
Key Responsibilities:
1. Partnership & Alliance Development:
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard strategic partners, including banks, NBFCs, fintech companies, and digital platforms.
- Develop and execute partnership strategies to drive business objectives.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders (sales, product, compliance, and operations) to align partnership initiatives with business goals.
2. Business Development & Revenue Growth:
- Drive revenue generation through partner collaborations, cross-selling, and co-branded solutions.
- Leverage partnerships to enhance lending, credit underwriting, digital payments, and financial services.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new partnership opportunities.
3. Relationship Management & Negotiation:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers across partner organizations.
- Negotiate and structure partnership agreements, ensuring win-win outcomes for both parties.
- Manage ongoing relationships, performance tracking, and contract renewals.
4. Product & Solution Integration:
- Work closely with product and tech teams to integrate fintech/NBFC solutions with partner platforms.
- Ensure seamless implementation and execution of partnerships.
- Optimize product offerings through partner feedback and market insights.
5. Compliance & Risk Management:
- Ensure all partnerships adhere to regulatory and compliance requirements.
- Work with legal and compliance teams to structure agreements that align with industry regulations.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
- 11-15 years of experience in B2B partnerships, strategic alliances, or business development in fintech/NBFC/banking.
- Strong understanding of fintech products, lending models, digital payments, and financial services.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven track record of closing high-value partnerships and driving revenue growth.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
