Sr. Executive - Client Servicing

Key Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management:

• Serve as the primary representative for assigned clients, gaining a deep understanding of their needs, objectives, and expectations.
• Cultivate and sustain strong, long-term relationships with clients, ensuring their ongoing satisfaction and loyalty.
• Schedule and conduct regular meetings, training and proactively address any concerns.

Account Management:

• Oversee the daily activities of client accounts, ensuring seamless execution of projects, deliverables, and timelines.
• Collaborate effectively with internal teams, including Sales, Research Team, Product Development, and Operations, to deliver superior client service.
• Develop tailored solutions that align with clients unique business needs and objectives.

Strategic Planning and Reporting:

• Analyze client data to identify trends, new opportunities, and areas for enhancement.
• Identifying comprehensive opportunities and providing clients with key performance metrics, insights, and recommendations.
• Contribute to the formulation of strategic plans aimed at expanding the client portfolio and increasing revenue.

Service Quality and Improvement:

• Ensure all client interactions are conducted professionally and adhere to company standards.
• Continuously collect and analyze client feedback to enhance service quality and satisfaction.
• Design and implement effective client retention strategies and initiatives to foster long-term partnerships.

Business Development Support:

• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services to existing clients.
• Stay updated with current industry trends, upcoming and ongoing projects in India.
• Monitoring competitors and pinpoint potential growth opportunities.
