Qualifications: BE Instrumentation or Electronics , hands on experience with flowmeter of a minimum 3-4 years is a must

Job summary

• Flow Lab and awareness of ISO 17025:2017, ISO 4185, and ISO 4064.
• Responsible for supporting and maintaining a calibration system.
• Responsible for lab upkeep and timely machine maintenance as per schedule
• Handling and maintaining calibration items & master equipments,
• Control of calibration data
• Preventive maintenance of Equipment & Standard
• Handling control of non-conforming calibration work & customer complaints

Responsibilities

• Ensure lab equipment is maintained and serviced on schedule to prevent any issues (TPM).
• Troubleshooting of Flowmeter at calibration stage.
• Manage equipment calibration, maintain history cards for each item, and oversee internal quality checks for processes, systems, and rigs according to ISO 17025:2017 standards.
• Plan and organize daily technical activities in the lab.
• Fault-finding and implementation of new guidelines as per the NABL standards.
• Supplier registration, assessment, and evaluation as per NABL guidelines and requirements.
• handling documentation parts for IS017025:2017
• To maintain records about document control, internal audits, management review & NABL Correspondence.
• To continually improve the effectiveness of LABs management system.
• Preventive maintenance of calibration equipment.
• Improve effectiveness in the functioning of the lab.

Desired Attributes and Skills

• Minimum of (2) two years of experience in a leadership or management role
• Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Knowledge of the industrys best practices and trends for team management.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software programs.
• Good interpersonal communication and organizational skills.
• High standards of organization and housekeeping on the shop floor.
• Organized and disciplined with the ability to manage personal workload and a willingness and initiative to respond to shifting time and project demands
