Senior Engineer (Service) - Quality & Dispatch

1. Inspection & Quality Control:

• Inspect all incoming and outgoing materials, ensuring they meet quality standards.
• Accurately update inspection forms in the designated format.
• Conduct thorough testing of repaired meters. Repairing of all adept make meters

2. Salesforce & Documentation:

• Update inspection forms and dispatched material status in Salesforce.
• Track material sent to the calibration lab, follow up, and update status.
• Prepare dispatch plans and provide necessary documents (ref form/OA) to the outward QC team.
• Ensure timely dispatch by following up with the dispatch team.

3. Material Handling:

• Receive and handle materials from Nanded for service.
• Issue repair materials from the store, raising material requisitions when needed.
