Role & responsibilities

• Planning and execution of maintenance schedules for heavy machinery including Dozers, Excavators, Wheel Loader for maximum availability of machines.
• Breakdown & Preventive maintenance, service, troubleshooting and major overhauling work on mining and material handling machineries
• Maintenance of all machineries has per DGMS safety norms and ensuring its sustainability.
• Hydraulic component breakdowns and troubleshooting.
• Electrical troubleshooting.
• Hydraulic subassemblies dismantling and assembling like hydraulic pumps and hydraulic motors. Hydraulic components testing and adjustments.
• SAP PM and MM modules for efficient use of equipment maintenance schedules, spare parts inventory, and procurement processes.
