We're Hiring: ASM/SM (Real Estate).
- Are you passionate about real estate and looking to take the next step in your career? We are seeking dynamic and results-driven Assistant Sales Managers (ASM) and Sales Managers (SM) to join our growing team!
Role: Assistant Sales Manager / Sales Manager.
Industry: Real Estate.
Location: Ahmedabad.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed targets.
- Develop and implement sales strategies.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities.
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve any client issues.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in real estate sales or related fields.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.

Key Responsibilities:
Sales Leadership & Management:
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets.
- Conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews, and provide ongoing training and support.
- Monitor individual and team performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions.
- Foster a positive and collaborative team environment.
Sales Strategy & Execution:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies aligned with company objectives and market trends.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.
- Analyze sales data and identify key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and measure success.
- Develop and maintain sales forecasts and budgets.
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, including developers, investors, and end users.
- Provide excellent customer service and address client inquiries and concerns promptly and effectively.
- Negotiate and close deals while ensuring client satisfaction.
Business Development:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, lead generation, and other prospecting activities.
- Represent the company at industry events and conferences.
- Explore new markets and expand the company's reach within the Ahmedabad region.
Administrative Duties:
- Maintain accurate sales records and CRM data.
- Prepare reports and presentations as required.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience:
- Proven experience of at least [Number] years in real estate sales or a related field.
- Prior experience in managing and leading a sales team is preferred.
