As part of the Business Development team, this role involves workingclosely with colleagues to help expand the companypresence by acquiring newclients within the Corporate Real Estate sector.
 
You will play a key role inenhancing profitability by supporting client acquisition, fostering strongclient relationships, and promoting the full range of the companyservices.Success in this role requires a solid understanding of real estate, strongclient engagement skills, and a dedication to delivering high-quality serviceand support.

Role& Responsibilities:

  • Initiate discussions with prospective clients to introduce our company offerings, setting up meetings with key decision-makers.
  • Engagewith the fastest-growing companies to secure new business opportunities.
  • Proactively connect with decision-makers to understand and assess office spacerequirements.
  • Build andnurture lasting relationships with clients while cross-selling company servicesto increase client mandates.
  • Leadclient interactions through calls, meetings, follow-ups, and ensure timelysubmission of proposals.
  • Collaboratewith internal teams to ensure client requirements are fully understood andserviced.
  • Developstrategic plans to drive revenue growth and improve market positioning.
  • Researchand identify new business opportunities, ensuring accurate and updated clientdata in CRM.
  • Stay up todate on relevant industry knowledge and property trends to serve clientsbetter.

    Requirements
  • Strong written and spoken communication skills. Knowledge of multiple languages is aplus.
  • Proficientin MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellenttime management and organizational skills, with a strong commitment to clientdevelopment.
  • Aself-starter who is resourceful, confident, well-organized, and detail oriented.
  • Capable ofmanaging and guiding a team while maintaining strong client relationships.
  • Strongresearch skills with the ability to connect and engage with prospectiveclients.
  • Highlydependable and efficient, with a focus on delivering quality results.
