Academic Counsellor

Location: Noida, On Site.
Type: Full-time, Day Shift Work
Hours: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
Excellent opportunity to join SkillArbitrage as an Academic Counsellor.
Key Responsibilities:
● Engage with potential clients through outbound calls and emails during the designated day
shift hours.
● Understand client requirements and effectively communicate how SkillArbitrage solutions
can meet their needs.
● Conduct product demonstrations and presentations via virtual platforms.
● Follow up with leads generated through marketing campaigns or referrals.
● Close sales and achieve monthly quotas.
● Maintain accurate records of interactions and sales activities in our CRM system.
● Collaborate with the sales team to improve overall customer satisfaction and sales
success.
● Stay updated with product knowledge and industry trends.
● Provide timely and professional responses to client inquiries.
Requirements:
● Proven experience as a Sales Counselor or similar role, preferably in a Day shift setting.
● Minimum 1 year in EdTech counseling or similar roles.
● Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written in mandatory.
● Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
● Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
● Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
● High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or relevant
field preferred.
● Bring Your Own Device (BYOD) Policy: Candidates must have access to their own
