Product Development:

- Conceptualize and design innovative product solutions that meet market demands and customer requirements.

- Create detailed product specifications, including features prioritization and justification.

- Collaborate with design teams to ensure optimal user experience and workflows.

- Oversee product development from ideation to launch, ensuring timely delivery. Stakeholder Management and Communication

- Develop and implement effective communication strategies for product updates and releases.

- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration between engineering, operations, and client teams.

- Present product vision and strategies to both internal and external stakeholders.

Team Leadership and Skill Development:

- Build and mentor a high-performing product team with a mix of background and experiences in development.

- Foster a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and results-driven performance.

- Identify skill gaps and implement training programs to enhance team capabilities.

- Align team goals with overall product and organizational objectives.

Technology and Industry Expertise:

- Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends in the insurance and financial services sectors.

- Contribute to technology architecture discussions and solution design.

- Leverage technical insights to drive product enhancements and innovations.

- Familiarity with supply chains a plus.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Proven track record of successful product delivery with 3+ years of experience.

- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire cross-functional teams.

- Extensive experience in developing and scaling B2B consumer-facing technology applications.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Strong communication and presentation abilities.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.

- Willingness to work on-site in Bangalore.
