Job Description :

- As a Product Manager at Amorphic, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our product.

- You will be responsible for guiding the development of our product strategy, managing the product lifecycle, and ensuring our offerings meet the needs of our customers.

- You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to drive the successful launch and ongoing improvement of our products.

Key Responsibilities :

Product Strategy and Vision :

- Define and communicate the product vision and strategy.

- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and threats.

- Develop and maintain a product roadmap aligned with business objectives and customer needs.

Product Development :

- Collaborate with engineering and design teams to define product requirements and specifications.

- Prioritize features and enhancements based on customer feedback, business value, and technical feasibility.

- Oversee the product development process, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.

Stakeholder Management :

- Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders regarding product-related matters.

- Present product updates, roadmap, and performance metrics to executive leadership and other stakeholders.

- Foster strong relationships with customers, partners, and industry influencers.

Product Performance and Analytics :

- Monitor and analyze product performance using key metrics and KPIs.

- Identify areas for improvement and drive initiatives to enhance product performance.

- Gather and synthesize customer feedback to inform product decisions.

Qualifications :

- Masters degree in Business from a reputed university.

- 6+ years of experience in product management or a related role.

- Demonstrated experience working in a product-based company is highly desirable.

- Proven track record of successfully launching and managing products.

- Strong understanding of product development processes and methodologies.

- Excellent analytical, problem - solving, and decision-making skills.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

- Experience with Data Analytics product is a plus.
