Security Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Security Officers / Specialist for our copper business industry in Mundra (Gujarat). The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our facilities, assets, and personnel. The role requires a proactive and vigilant professional who can implement and monitor security protocols, conduct risk assessments, and respond effectively to security incidents.

Role & responsibilities

• Develop and implement security policies, protocols, and procedures to ensure the safety of personnel, facilities, and assets
• Conduct regular risk assessments and security audits to identify vulnerabilities and recommend solutions
• Monitor surveillance systems, including CCTV and alarms, and respond promptly to security breaches or incidents
• Coordinate with law enforcement agencies and emergency services as necessary
• Train and educate employees on security protocols and emergency procedures
• Investigate security incidents, prepare detailed reports, and recommend preventive measures
• Manage access control systems and oversee visitor management processes
• Stay updated with the latest security technologies and best practices
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with security standards and regulations

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelor's degree in Security Management, or related field.
• Over 5 years of experience in security management in manufacturing environment
• Proven track record of implementing security measures to mitigate risks
• Certified CPP, experience in the copper industry is preferred
• Proven track record in developing and implementing security procedures
