Chief Security Officer

Role & responsibilities

• Responsible for an organization's entire security function, Overall management of security, vigilance, fire safety etc.
• Develop and implement strategic security protocols and procedures.
• Provide strategic vision and direction in security aspects of an organization.
• Develop policies and protocols for securing and protecting sensitive information.
• Hire and recruit the best talent in building up the security of an organization.
• Coordinate cross team functional in maintaining vigilance and security of an organization.
• Initiate safety measures to protect the lives and properties of a business unit.

• Liaison with district administration, Police, PWD, HUDA, Health Department & DHBVN and other departments on behalf of Paras Hospitals management.

• Controlling visitors during visiting & non visiting hours.

• Reporting any untoward incidents in the premises to the management.

• First point of contact for escalated safety issues.

• Ordering for the frisking of the personnel, lockers, vehicles etc.

• To conduct surprise checks and authority to ask for clarifications on the spot.

• To review all contracts & licences.
