I appreciated the opportunity to learn new skills at Paras hospital I had ambivalent feeling, the toxic work environment in my department was a major drawback. There were no boundaries, and we were afraid to speak up. 😅
Working long hours in the cath lab without recognition and facing inappropriate comments made the experience traumatic. Overall, my time at Paras Hospital was both valuable and unpleasant.🤷♀️🤷♀️
