Head of Production (Precast Factory)

Role & responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the precast production team to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery of high-quality precast products
• Develop and implement production schedules, ensuring efficient utilization of resources and meeting project deadlines
• Oversee the quality control processes to maintain the highest standards of precast products
• Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives to optimize production processes and reduce costs
• Collaborate with the engineering and design teams to ensure the effective translation of designs into precast components
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and promote a culture of safety within the production team
• Provide leadership and mentorship to the production team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to team members to support their professional development
• Coordinate with the procurement and logistics teams to manage inventory and transportation of raw materials and finished products
• Stay updated on industry trends, technological advancements, and best practices in precast production
