Associate Lead - Mechanical (Data Centre)

Qualifications:

Mandatory : Mechanical Engineering Graduate

Experience:

10-15 Years in Commercial Building Projects

Project Management:

• Establishing overall project plan of Data Center projects, including time schedule, scope, risk analysis and resource estimates, etc
• Manage day-to-day work within project directly and act as support and coordinator with other functions.
• Effectively manage risks on short term and long term actions
• Coordination with design consultants
• Ensure structured review along with week over week S-Curves and project management tools
• Develop, implement and review key project metrics including project viability , quality, safety, project budgets, schedules, deliverables, risk mitigations, communications etc

Stakeholder Management:

• Build strong relationships with all local and regional stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of the project with Contractors/vendors, Design teams/Consultants, Other project discipline and local government authorities, etc
• Act as local escalation point for issues affecting the delivery of projects and facilitate resolution of issues where support outside of the project team is required.
