Bachelors degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Fine Arts, or related field
Conceptualize and create engaging designs for brochures, flyers, banners, advertisements, and other marketing materials related to real estate projects
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop visual content that effectively communicates the unique selling points of each real estate property
Ensure consistency in brand identity across all visual communication materials and adhere to Adanis brand guidelines
Create compelling digital assets for online platforms, including social media graphics, website visuals, email templates, and multimedia presentations
Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas to elevate the visual appeal of real estate marketing campaigns
Stay updated with industry trends and incorporate cutting-edge design techniques to maintain a competitive edge in the real estate market
Manage and prioritize multiple design projects while maintaining high standards of creativity and attention to detail
Work closely with external vendors and printers to ensure the quality and timely delivery of printed materials
