Manager - Business Development (Unsecured Lending)

Job Summary:

We're seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive growth and expansion of our personal loan product. You'll develop and execute strategic plans to increase customer acquisition, improve conversion rates, and strengthen partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute business strategies to achieve sales targets.
• Build and maintain relationships with partners, and affiliates.
• Design and execute campaigns to generate leads and drive conversions. Analyze campaign effectiveness and optimize strategies
• Collaborate with marketing team to develop targeted marketing materials(content, email campaigns, social media)
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Marketing, Operations).
• Identify and mitigate business risks.
• Analyze customer feedback and improve customer journey.
• Develop and manage sales budgets and forecasts.
• Monitor industry trends and regulatory changes.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in fintech, banking, or financial services.
• Proven track record in business development, sales, or marketing.
• Strong understanding of personal loan market and regulations.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Data-driven decision-making abilities.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field.

Good to Have:

• Experience with CRM software and data analytics tools.
• Knowledge of credit risk assessment and underwriting.
• Familiarity with digital marketing channels.
• Certification in finance or related field (e.g., CFA, FRM).
