Project Manager-Real Estate

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager for Mega Real Estate Projects with 10-12 years of experience in the Real Estate Development industry. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully working on project management roles in large PM/Construction companies across the full cycle of development. The ideal candidate should possess expertise in MS Projects and Primavera software. The candidate will be a part of the Projects Management Group (PMG) and will report to the PMO Lead.

• The PMG will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of construction projects across all stages, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, reporting requirements and quality standards.
• The Project Manager would work on large, mixed-use projects of Adani Airport City Side Development consisting of typically mixed-use development ranging from 2 to 4 Mn sft. each at various locations throughout the country across the following asset classes: Hotels, Convention Centers, Commercial offices, Retail & Entertainment.

Role & responsibilities

• Aligning individual asset performance with timelines, budgets and quality standards agreed with the leadership team.
• Reporting project budgets, schedules, and resources effectively, proactively outlining areas of concern, risks and suggesting mitigating measures to minimize delays and cost overruns.
• Implementing industry leading project management practices and ensuring internal as well as external teams meet the skill and reporting requirements necessary for project success.
• Collaborating with Central Project Assurance Group (CPAG) to ensure alignment with Group-level project objectives and outcomes.
• Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders and clients, performance-managing consultant partners and other external stakeholders where necessary.
• Ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards and safety protocols
• Maintaining rigorous EHS processes and performance metrics to ensure the delivery of Safe and Environment friendly best practices as per general regulations and best practices.
• Implementing comprehensive risk management strategies to identify, assess, mitigate, and monitor project risks throughout the project lifecycle.

Preferred candidate profile

• Ideally 10-12 years of experience in the Real Estate Development industry on the projects and construction side.
• Demonstrated track record in working on project management roles in large Developers, Project Management and/or Construction companies.
• Proficiency in project scheduling, budgeting software (e.g., Primavera, Procore, Microsoft Project) and MS Office and Project Management tools.
• Education Qualification: B. Tech / M. Tech from a Tier-1 Institute along with executive Programs in Project management/ Building re-engineering from top institutes like ISB, School of Planning and Architecture (SPA) or similar.
• Relevant certification from PMI.
