Job Description

Monitoring of AHP, ESP operation & Electrical Systems
Ensure Safe isolation and normalization of equipment
Monitoring routine changeover of equipment and trial of emergency drives
Handling the emergencies (internal / grid problems)
Monitoring about defects, problems in AHP, HCSD, and Silo area.
Continuously improve AHP & ESP to optimize the plant s availability, reliability and efficiency.
Maintain positive working relationships with employees, to satisfy internal and external customers of the station.
Monitoring of work place inspection & Equipment specific inspection.
Monitoring & Checking of PTW System for system implementation & Healthiness.
Providing training to subordinates for CHETNA.
Responsible for the compliance of Safety audit/ inspections in SAP- EHMS
Compliance as per Statutory requirements of AHP U#4,5, Silo & AWRS area
Adherence to PPEs as per work requirements - Dept. Staff/ Agency employees
