Job Description
- Educational Qualification: LLB/LLM
- Experience: 3+ years experience in Land Acquisition and Revenue laws
- Coordination with HO/site land team and finance team to gather requisite documents required for security creation.
- Preparation of Note for Approval and terms and conditions for appointment of Local counsel.
- Coordination with Local Counsel w.r.t revenue records/ documents for preparation of Title Search Report.
- Check and verify Title Search Report received from Local Counsel.
- Review and resolution of queries received from Lender s Legal Counsel.
- Planning, Monitoring, and coordinating with Local Counsel /Lender s Legal Counsel to ensure timely completion of security creation.
- Submission of requisite documents to Local Counsel /Lender s Legal Counsel.
- Preparation of MIS, Issue tracker and work sheets to monitor day-to-day progress of project.
- Maintaining proper filing and record of the revenue documents, TSRs and Title Deed (Original, Certified).
- Prior litigation experience shall be an added advantage.
