Job Description
- A degree in Finance or Accounting.
(eg, CA, CPA, CFA, CMA) is highly desirable and Project management certification (eg, PMP) is a plus - 15-25 years of experience in finance, accounting, auditing, and treasury
- Lead the Business Finance service delivery team to ensure timely and accurate financial support to global business units
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize service delivery processes and enhance operational efficiency
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives and best practices in financial operations
- Provide leadership and guidance to the team, including performance management, coaching, and talent development
- Oversee the end-to-end financial service delivery, including financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, banking & treasury and analysis
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal financial policies and procedures
- Act as a key point of contact for business stakeholders and senior management, addressing their financial service needs and requirements
- Drive efficiency and automation projects
- Stakeholder management and ensuring succession planning for the resources
- Participate in the development and implementation of new financial systems and tools to support evolving business needs
- Monitor key performance indicators and service level agreements, driving the team to meet or exceed defined targets
- Contribute to the strategic planning and execution of business finance initiatives to support organizational growth and profitability
