Job Description
Education Qualification
- Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
- Masters degree in Project Management or Business Administration (preferred)
- Minimum 17-21 years of experience in the Copper Business industry with a strong focus on electrical projects
- Demonstrated track record of successful project management and leadership in complex electrical initiatives
- Proven experience in managing cross-functional teams and delivering projects within stringent timelines and budgets
- Leading and overseeing all electrical projects within the Mundra location, ensuring adherence to safety standards, quality, and timelines
- Developing and implementing strategic plans for efficient project execution, resource optimization, and cost control
- Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables
- Providing technical expertise and guidance in electrical engineering principles, design, and specifications
- Supervising a team of electrical engineers, technicians, and contractors, fostering a culture of innovation, excellence, and continuous improvement
- Conducting risk assessments, identifying potential issues, and implementing mitigation measures to ensure project success
- Preparing comprehensive project reports, presenting project updates, and making recommendations to senior management
- Participating in the evaluation and selection of vendors, suppliers, and service providers to support project requirements
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, industry best practices, and environmental regulations
