Adani Realty is hiring Site Administration and Facilitates Management professionals for their on-going projects in Andheri, Bandra, Ghatkopar and Thane.
Job Description
Prepare and manage the facility management budget, forecasting and controlling costs of the Sales & Project office.
Implementation of business specific Administration policies at the Site.
General Administration Services, Facility Management for Soft Services and Hard Services required on the site.
Manage vendor relationships and contracts for facility services, ensuring cost-effectiveness and quality of work.
Local transport management, Site Event management, Channel Partners Management, Vendor Management.
Oversee the maintenance and repairs of facilities, including HVAC systems, electrical systems, plumbing, and structural components of sales and site offices.
Sales Office and Site Project Office's Inventory Management as well as Procurement Management of office supplies.
Repair and Maintenance Coordination
Identify strategic service partners for Adani and build partnerships with solution providers/ government officials/ local authorities
Drive collaborative workplace initiatives and and a high-performance driven culture.
Qualification & Experience
Any Graduate
5 - 10 Years of relevant Work Experience.
