Job Description
- Required Technical and Professional Expertise:
Techno Commercial SME with 6-8 years of experience
Should have worked in SAP and Ariba covering SRC, Guided Buying, - Guided Sourcing and Commerce Automation modules
Well versed with OLA, OA formulation
Hands-on w.r.t excel, data parsing, large data handling
Buying role for at least 1-3 year
- Understands Service Delivery with customer centric approach
- Understanding of basic procurement/sourcing processes
Good English written and verbal skills will be required. Ability to understand and speak Hindi will be an advantage
MS excel skills will be required - Catalog and Non-Catalog PR management:
- Validation of all PRs irrespective of spend threshold routed through SAP/Ariba against the Sourcing Instructions, preferred supplier list, automated buying channels, category/commodity specific buying instructions available on the Category Cards.
PR Quality and Compliance Check which will also determine the route needed for Sourcing - Assistance based on review of anticipated order value (Clip Level) and existing commodity rules or instructions mentioned in the Category Cards
Right Buying Channels check after the fact check - any discrepancy check (Contract Compliance, budget compliance etc.)
