Bachelor in Engineering/ Architecture
Minimum 15+ years of experience in the Real Estate industry
Demonstrated track record of successful liaison and government relations
Proven experience in managing real estate and land approval processes
Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee all liaison, approval, and government relations activities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with government authorities and agencies
- Facilitate and expedite approval processes for real estate projects
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Provide strategic inputs for real estate design and development projects
- Negotiate and secure land approvals for new real estate ventures
