- 15-20 years of experience in Information Technology
- Proven track record in IT project and program management
- Demonstrated experience in leading complex IT initiatives
- Experience in managing cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Develop and execute strategic plans for the successful delivery of large-scale IT projects and programs
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders
- Lead and manage cross-functional project teams, ensuring effective communication and collaboration
- Establish project timelines, milestones, and resources allocation to meet project objectives
- Identify and mitigate project risks, and proactively resolve issues to ensure project delivery on time and within budget
- Provide regular project status updates and reports to key stakeholders and senior management
- Oversee the implementation and adoption of best practices, methodologies, and tools for project management
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, security standards, and IT governance policies
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and foster a culture of innovation within the IT project management function
