Education Qualification
Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
Masters degree in a relevant field is preferred
Experience
8-15 years of experience in construction management within the Real Estate industry
Demonstrated success in managing and delivering large-scale projects
Proven track record of leadership and team management
Manage and oversee all on-site construction activities, ensuring adherence to quality and safety standards
Develop and implement construction strategies to meet project timelines and budget constraints
Lead and manage a team of construction professionals, providing guidance and support as needed
Collaborate with project stakeholders to ensure clear communication and alignment on project goals
Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and addressing any issues or delays
Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure timely and efficient project execution
Implement and enforce best practices in construction management, including risk mitigation and quality control
Stay updated on industry trends and advancements to drive innovation and continuous improvement
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and building codes
